I always notice between December in March, I see lots of posts about how beautiful the weather is in Florida. Is anyone enjoying it at this very moment, from late July through September? I'm talking about, are you enjoying the outdoors without taking a dip in the pool, going by the beach, or taking shelter in AC? Who is actually enjoying it outside just exactly the way it is, hot, humid, rainy, then sunshine, steaming hot, humid...

I like the midday storms.

The heat is not my ideal temperature.

On the weekends the heat and humidity don't bother me if I'm just hanging around town.

It's summer. It's Florida.

There is reason why people from the north snowbird here for only a few months and then go back north, to avoid these months.

I went to the clinic this morning (I have strep throat). I was in there for two hours waiting and they had the AC so low it was like being in a freezer. So it was great to get out of there back into the heat. But I'm glad the weather isn't like this year round.

Your description is not accurate but meant to express what you want as a predetermined result to your poll. The weather right now is beautiful. The rain has greened everything up and in the afternoon cools it down a bit. The nights have really been nice. I go for a bike ride in the area and it is nice for this time of year. It is nicer around november but that has no bearing on what it like for a typical July in Florida. This is a nice summer.

Mango, the weather right now is beautiful? Really? I'm a native and I still hate the summers.

Im not really enjoying it, BUT, im enjoying it alot more than 5 full months of wintery weather in northern Illinois from whence i came. At least you can get out in this weather. The other 8 months of Florida weather will make this current weather well worth it imho .
