Can anyone provide me with any information regarding the rules and regulations of in-home daycare in Florida? Are the rules pretty strict? Any input is appreciated, especially from providers. Thanks.

I know people who do it, I don't think it's that tough. You may have insurance problems and I would check into if it could mess up you homestead because part of the house is being used as a business.

Are home daycare providers allowed to visit someone else's house w/ the children?
