Children’s Campaign Newsline » Blog Archive » Orlando Named One of Worst Cities for Working Moms to Live (http://www.iamforkids.org/News/?p=2379 - broken link)

"The review looked the nation’s 50 largest cities and ranked jobs, cost of living, education, crime and public parks.

Orlando ranked No. 49, with only Las Vegas coming in lower. The City Beautiful’s lowest rank was 48th for income and its highest was 25th for school quality. Violent crime (Orlando ranked 46th) was also a downer. Full list.

The highest-ranked Florida city was Fort Lauderdale/Miami (No. 43), followed by Jacksonville (No. 44) and Tampa (No. 46).
Four Florida cities make up the bottom 10 — Jacksonville, Tampa, Miami and Orlando."
