Default Please tell me ALL best places to live in FL!!

As of now, My husband and I with out 2 school-age children live in Naples, FL. I moved here to get away from the big city of Philadelphia. When I came down 2 years ago, it was still slightly affordable. Forget it now. It's a shame when I can be a teacher, my husband can be a city mailman-two good, stable careers, and the only way I can afford a house in Naples or the vicinity is to be pratically house poor (I am renting right now). There is definitely no bang-for-your-buck in this area-the price you would pay for a house the size of a closet is ridiculous. At least Naples has a great school district.
Anyhow, we are most likely going to be moving OUT when our lease is up, unless homes start being way move affordable-low 200K.
These are our requirements, and any help would be so much appreciated:
**Not a big huge city-hence, not a lot of crime
**Affordable housing-bang-for-my-buck
**Good school district
**Teacher's pay is not disgustingly low
**Only gets 2 week or so of cold spells-no snow, no ice (I don't know if real far up North FL gets any hint of snow)
**Property taxes that won't rape me.

I don't care if the town is tiny, as long as it meets those requirements and I can find a teaching job without worrying about whether or not it will be there the next year.
Thanks!

Try St. Lucie County, Brevard County, Polk County/Lakeland--decent sized areas with lower living costs. Heck only the FL Keys cost more than Collier County, so it won't be hard finding somewhere cheaper.
