Exclamation Labor Day Weekend 2009 in Panama City FL

Hello!

I am planning to go to Panama City with 5 of my friends for Labor Day weekend 2009 and would like to know where to stay.
The hotel needs to have only one characteristic --- PARTY HOTEL!!
We want to be around college students (people in the 20s) wanting to have a lot of fun. We dont need to see 2 year old kids digging holes in the sand or the elderly walkin with canes, we want to party hard and so we want to know what hotel is close to the clubs, has beach parties and offers that kind of environment.
Your help is EXTREMELY appreciated!!

thank you very very much!!
Looking forward to hearing back from you
