Figured it was probably a widespread issue, but just saw it on a local website for Orlando..... You know seriously I don't think I'd have as huge of a problem with it if there was full disclosure and these companies were offering to split the equity in half (with them earning thier half by bailing the homeowner out of foreclosure).....
That's what really ticks me off is that they could potentially provide a useful service and instead choose to screw people over....
