Pros and Cons?

I have an autistic son who would need special services. Any info on if it will be a fight for what he needs? How does Port Charlotte stack up against other districts around the area (Tampa/St. Pete area)? St. Augustine?

Where is the best place to look in the Tampa or St. Augustine area?
