I am moving to Florida in December and it will be one of the two areas. Which one would be better for a twenty five year old male from Newark, NJ that is looking for a place with a lot to do (both in terms of night life and everything else). Also, which one has more Puerto Rican culture to it, as far as other Puerto Ricans, restaurants, clubs, businesses, etc?

I'm not as familiar with Tampa (I live in Broward) so I can't really say, but if you haven't already, I would suggest posting in the Tampa forum.

Orlando has the highest Puerto Rican population, and has a lot of nightlife. If possible you should consider it. If not...Tampa.

The larger population centers are best for seeking employment as a paralegal/legal assistant due to concentration of employers, as well as continuing study opportunities. Factoring in affordability of housing and quality schools I'd go for either Orlando or Tampa/St Petersburg. In Orlando, check out Seminole County (Lake Mary, Longwood, Oviedo, Winter Springs) and in Tampa/St Petersburg look at Pinellas County (Palm Harbor, Oldsmar/East Lake, Safety Harbor). These areas have excellent public schools and fairly affordable housing.
