So much for the market being bad!
We put our house on the market 3 days ago and have an almost full price offer today. Of course we still have to go through the inspections and etc but we have told the realtor that we will accept this offer.
I can't believe it!!!!!!!!!

Hope they get financing, don't count your chickens before they hatch and please remember that IF you do close, YOU ARE VERY LUCKY.

Most people are not having such luck.

Just curious...was your asking price lower now than it would have been a year ago? If so, about how much? It seems the prices of homes are coming down significantly in my area.

Congrats! Any suggestions to those of us who are (our know those who are) thinking about selling? Did you offer any incentives, a lower price etc.?
