Wondering what this area is like? Nice place to live? how is the resale/ real estate market. Thinknig of moving from Texas and would like more information.

I love Ponte Vedra Beach.
If you go to the Jacksonville section and do a PV search you will find many threads about the area

ABSOLUTELY LOVE PVB. We've lived here for almost a year and it is a hidden gem in Jacksonville. Some areas can be pricy but it's got a great small town feel to it. Just like everywhere in Florida, the resale market here is softening but people are loathe to admit it. We bought our house in August 06 and we are putting it back on the market for another relocation at the same price it was listed for when we purchased it. What does that say to you about the market?
