Is this a good neighborhood? I have two kids ages 3 and 1 and am looking at a house in this section?

I've not heard or stumbled on any negative's just typical short sales and foreclosures.

Isn't the BL section the older, original B section? South of Palm Coast Parkway on Old Kings? We didn't look at any houses there, so it must be a more expensive area than where we bought! Wish I could help you, but I don't know much about it. That's generally a good thing though be cause you always hear about the bad sections.

yeah...It's in between Old Kings on one end and Colbert on the other. It is older homes...

I haven't heard anything bad about the original B section either. Daughter's friend lives there with no problems. Wishing you luck!

good! I hope we like it! We have went there at night and when the buses drop off as well as on the weekends amd so far so good. Thanks for your input!

The Woodlands is one of the oldest areas of Palm Coast. Originally set in the center of town, it has some very spacious homes and friendly family areas.
Any place is Palm Coast is a great area for kids and families. Of course with any home choice, it is important that you explore the neighborhoods (generally weekends, when everyone is home, after school so you can see if there are children of the right age for your children, and especially the government web pages for offenders in a neighborhood).
Also, check the flood zones in the Woodlands as some places did flood during our big rains in May.
