Default New homes in windermere
We want to live in Windermere, Fl. We want a NEW home / NEW Construction.

I believe the only new construction near 535/Chase Rd locale is:

Ashton: Lakes of Windermere....

Ashton: Enclave at Berkshire Park...

Pulte: Berkshire Park

Centerline: Preston Square


Anything else?

There are lots of new subdivisions in the area you are looking, I just spent 2 weeks with a buyer relocating to the orlando area and they like this area for the open air shopping of Winter Garden Village. We visited Ashton but moved on, I can get the names of all the subdivisions in the 'Horizon West' zoned urban section of Orange County we visited.
