Can one find anywhere in FL a direct oceanfront /bayfront lot,not canal or waterway, for SFH at,say,300K ?

For a country home...

Even a narrow one, even at 1h drive from a major city. But a true ocean/gulf-front...

Ok, we've located:

(1) Gulf Front in Navarre for $225,000
(4) Gulf Front in Cape San Blas for $225,000 each
(1) Gulf Front in Carrabelle for $259,900
(1) Gulf Front in Carrabelle for $295,000

Additionally, there are (50) SFH Bay Front Lots listed for sale under $300,000.

Keep in mind that the insurance situation on Cape San Blas is pretty rough because anything past the stumphole is extremely prone to erosion. IIRC, prices are lower there because you almost have to be a cash buyer.

IMO, SoFL waterfront is the best in USA & probably the world...

No earthquakes,or water problems,as in CA,warm(er) seas,unparalleled weather...

In 30 years it will "all " be Palm Beach /Boca Raton ...unaffordable...

So,our generation is perhaps the last one able to get "bargain " deals at 300K/lot ...

I just sold a vacant gulf access lot 80x125 in Port Charlotte for $25K. You can pick up a 1960's style home with gulf access for around $100K. If you wanted something a bit more spiffy you'd be looking at around $150K-200K.
