Charter is a laugh in Hendersonville down thru Tryon. A laugh. Better than dial up is about as far as it goes. I almost lost 5 grand "earnest" money from a VERY rude realtor in Columbus NC because of this issue.
No idea about asheville except that in many of the places we looked at in the higher elevations, the realtors were so full of it, that when asked if cable was available a few of them replied, "yup, we have cable thru our satellite company"
