Default A great tool for house hunters

This is for informational use. Zillow has an application for the iPhone which I downloaded this weekend. For anyone looking for a house or condo, this is an incredible tool. By setting it to hybrid view, it enables you to search specific areas by address, zip code or general (around the country), shows the houses for sale (by price), recently sold (by price and date), etc. Best of all, with another click you can see the house and photos of the home.

I spent most of my free time this weekend using this tool. It gives you so much information - gosh you would think I was marketing this - but it is such a time saver for anyone looking at an area and you can automatically decide what you want to look at or reject.

listingbook.com is the best tool, by far, imo.

it's only availble in certain areas. if you're lucky enough to be in one, it's extremely useful.
