Hi! I don't know how much I can tell you but will share what I do know of the area. I am looking into info. on Brevard Cty. myself. From what I have found the schools are rated good in Satellite Bch., the houses are a bit pricey for the cty. With the real estate market the way it is now I would think you could do "well" with a rental or purchase. There are plenty of restuarants and shops on the beach side. I would imagine that there are plenty of "tourist" renting on the beach/condos. Sorry I couldn't be of more help, hopefully someone with more knowledge of the area will pick up on the thread and "share". Take care.
