I am a 21 year old college student from Virginia looking to move with a friend or 2 to Florida after college. We are looking to move to a place flooded with bars, clubs and beautiful women. We are heavy partiers always looking to throw a few cold ones back with some people that are interested in doing the same. We have been doing a little research and are having trouble pin pointing a perfect location where we can have as much fun as possible, while still being able to find work. If anyone could help with possible neighborhoods, counties, cities, etc. that would be great, thanks a bunch.

South Beach, Miami. Mango's Bar to be specific. Total party heaven. I went there a few weekends ago and had a blast. Not sure about the job front down there. Maybe someone that lives in that area can comment on that.

Agree with the above, and finding a bartender/restaurant job is at least relatively easy. You could roommate a crappy apartment for as low as 400 each for 2, and share a pretty nice one for 600-800 each.

My degree is in psychology, however, I am just looking for a NOT STRESS job with benefits, I would love to work at a bookstore, fancy wine store, or adminstrator in an office.

No place is really good for jobs right now, especially with benefits.

I would start with the metro areas and go from there.

Find a job first, then look for housing.

Why do you want to move to FL? If you tell us a little more about your situation we can give better advice.

Default Moving

I am divorced 37, Jamaican military, college, and love the beach and sunshine. I am looking for an area with a good job market and on the beach or in-between the beach and a major city like Tampa or Orlando. I would like an area with ethnic diversity when it comes to food and Caribbean stores. I would like my age group and a good night life with options. Almost forgot sexy women.
