Default Federal Taxes

Although there is no State Income Tax....there is Federal Taxes. Not exactly sure but it should be around $300 out of your check. Try going to the IRS website. They have a tax calculator.

Try salary dot com. There is a nice tool there to help you see what your asking. Type in your job title and zip code. Select a job from the list. It will show you a wage range. Then select the paycheck tab- here you will see the exact deductions.

The IRS has withholding tables. Should be on their website.

Yep! I figured i tout! I was going nuts- I mean I knew it had to be out there but it just wasnt coming to me! So tell me- in NY we have the state and federal taxes taken out- and at the end of the year I assume I will get back the same federal in FL- but state....what happens with that? Do you pay state taxes at the end of the year? Sorry to sound so stupid- I have no clue how this all works. I go to H&R block and say- here ya go!
