What happened to Bamboosmom to get banned? She will be missed by us
House prices are still dropping. For anyone that wants to sell, price it right and buyers will come. If you price it really cheap, you may get multiple offers then choose the highest one.

very good advice. there are alot out there but they are still selling if the price is right.

Builders are discounting houses $100,000. If you want to sell your existing house then it has to be better than new. New houses are bare bones, no window treatments, builder's white paint, builder's carpeting, etc. Upgrade your house so it's better than new and cleaner than new because it's the glut of new houses that you are competing with.
