I have never seen a "skunk-ape", but several years ago we were taking a drive through the countryside, and for quite a distance I could smell a strong and horrible smell that was like a cross between a landfill, dog-poo and skunk! And it was very strong! About that time I had also read about a recent "skunk-ape"sighting, so I had to wonder about that!

Most of these sitings are in the 1970s.

Wonder if some bad weed was going around then.....

Default Ashley's Shadow

[SIZE=+][SIZE=+]The new book, "Ashley's Shadow" was released prior to Christmas. This is a fictional novel based on a real 1934 murder in Brevard County and a lingering ghost legend involving a popular eatery in Rockledge, Florida. Ashley's Shadow is a combination ghost story, murder mystery and romance, filled with eccentric characters, humor, and bizarre twists and turns which takes the reader to a very bizarre ending. Ashley's Shadow can be purchased in many Florida bookstores or online through SpookHunters.com books.
