The wide variation is interesting. Some areas actually have price increases ( Miami
) , which is really incredible given the market. I'm surprised the numbers aren't worse. And what's with Naples/Marco being missing from the last couple of these releases, are they hiding something ? ![]() |

Naples? From what we have seen as "potential" buyers, the homes we have been looking at have gone down on average $100,000 to $200,000 in the last six months.
