Thanks guys! I will check out the link....I'm just getting frustrated and worried. Every weekend I have been running around- we had dance recitals, a baby shower I had to plan and throw today, next weekend my daughters bday party, the weekend after our garage/moving sale......I feel like a chicken with my head cut off!! Thanks for the help!

No problem, you seem quite limited with that one zip code though. I didn't see a lot of rentals listed in that area.
You may need to get a professional involved.

I know when we moved to Montreal we had a real estate agent (found her online) she did such a great job for us. She found us a temporary furnished rental which was perfect and then she found us a great selection of rental properties to look at, one which we picked and have been in for five years now.

You may want to try that avenue as well. I liked being able to see the properties first hand. The temporary rental was ok not to see, but anything that is requiring a longer lease on makes sense to see in person.

Sometimes a house may look great in the pictures but when you see it, its just not what you thought.
