My husband and I are planning to relocate to Florida. He has family in Bonita Springs. We have liked the area when we visit but living and visiting are two totally different things. On the pacific coast, what is the best town to live in from Bonita Springs to Tampa (sorry pretty broad)? We were looking at Naples and Fort Myers, but after more research haven't heard very good things. We want to be a couple minutes drive to the beach. We are starting a family so low crime and good schools are important. Also a jobs in the area would be a plus.. retail is fine. Any suggestion would be great. Thanks.

I think you mean the Gulf Coast since the Pacific Coast is California/Oregon/Washington.
Find a job first, then housing, in that order.
