I want to vacation somewhere between panama city and destin. It seems like everytime I go the water looks different. I thought that maybe there is seasonal pattern. There is nothing I like worse than to spend a beach vacation on muddy water. Blue is just more relaxing. I know that the white sands in this area come with a money back guaratee ; ) however the water doesn't.

Any info is greatly appreciated!
