Smile Looking for an Irish TV Show in Florida

Hello, Florida!
I represent an Irish singer who has a DVD of a traditional Irish Music & Dance production performed in Dublin's National Concert Hall that she would like to air on an Irish TV Show - any suggestions? She is doing this production again next year in Florida! Bag pipes, Irish Dance, singing, etc. Wouldn't you like to see it on TV? Let me know!
Thanks,
Betty Everdene

Not sure of any Irish TV shows.... but I DO know that the Tallahassee affiliate of NPR (WFSU.org) has a RADIO show called "Thistle and Shamrock" with Irish music and such.

If you are only after television, I'd look into researching PBS affiliates, which offer more "cultural" fare than network channels.

Hi Betty,

Jacksonville just had its' first Irish Festival, you might find some resources through the promoters, check out http://jaxirishfest.com/default.aspx

Also, Flagler College in St. Augustine has their own radio station, WFCF 88.5FM, and one of the radio programs is irish music, check out http://www.flagler.edu/wfcf/

Hope that helps.

PBS might be a place to try, thats the first place I ever saw British comedies.

I also saw a program about the Edinburgh festival there as well.

I for one would LOVE to see it.
