Can someone recommend or advise on which utilities are available in Gainseville? Specifically, electricity, natural gas, water/sewer, and Internet.

You don't get to choose for gas/electric/water. It's GRU for all of those.

AT&T offers DSL, but I can't imagine why you'd want it. We got rid of it and changed to Cox and it is much better. If you live just outside Gainesville you don't have to put up with GRU. Some of my Patient's have had outrageous utility bills.
