Now there is one thing I will miss about FL, is the smell of orange blossoms, right now the smell is strong, I don't care how humid it is, my windows are open. That and midnight Jasmine.......

My orange trees are blossoming right now and you're right....it's a beautiful aroma! My closest tree is about 10 yards from my bedroom window.

Ditto.
Mine are in pots on the front porch.
There is nothing quite like that fragrance.

I also love the smell of Orange Blossoms if only I didn't have allergies. I have an Orange tree in my back yard blooming away right now and keep my windows shut till the blooms are gone. I'm the same way when it comes to Gardenia's I love the smell but allergies once again. I also have a lemon tree and tangerine tree out back I think I lost my gardenia bush during the hard freezes.

Orange blossoms to me smell like heaven - I think it is the best smell there is. Actually ALL citrus blossoms are wonderful. Lemon blossoms smell like lollipops!

I love orange blossoms and salty air smell so much - it is really in my blood, and just one of the many facets of Florida that make me love it here so much.

My father use to own a few Orange groves and is now semi-retired how ever he has planted more trees on his property. He has also planted cucumbers and water melons in the past along with a few other things over the years along with owning Orange Groves. He also owns his own business as a Fertilize spreader.

His company has alway been run by family including harvesting of all Oranges or produce.
