I am interested in getting feedback on which major Florida metro area(s) has the best climate for small business. The business in question consults small business owners and would accept clients statewide. What are the pros and cons in the various major markets in the state? Are there any stellar or surprise small markets that are good?

I don't have any facts on this issue but I'm looking to start a small business (again) and I liked Jacksonville the best. The commercial lease rates are really good, its growing by leaps and bounds and the home prices are very reasonable. It also has waterfront property that's affordable, if you are interested in that.
