Default Day care in Florida

My husband and I are planning on moving down to Florida, initially we wanted to move to South Florida Palm Beach area but with all of the negative threads, are kind of rethinking that! We plan on visiting different areas until we decide where the best area is for our family, we have a 10 and 4 year old. WE are looking into opening up a daycare facility and would like some information on the best places for such business! We obviously we need a verry family friendy area for both business and personal reasons, can you give me an idea of the availability of daycares in FL, is this something that is much needed ( choices) or something thats a dime a dozen, also an idea of the best places/market to look into where this kind of business can succeed.
