Do you think it's worth it? Our kids are 3,6,10 so we would buy 5 passes so it's a big expense! I want to know from Florida residents if you think it would be worthwhile. FYI- we are 3 hours away from Orlando but have friends nearby that we crash with so hotels are not an issue.

We have been using the pass for years, but we have no kids. They are not good during most of the summer, around a lot of the days off the kids do get, so you need to check them out. The way we use ours, we get the pass the latest days in Dec. then we use it for the flower show in May or June of the next year. Then we use the last days in early Dec., so we get two Christmas seasons out of one pass. It works for us, again with no kids.

I would purchase at least one regular AP so you can get free parking...the Seasonal AP is fine for the kids but the $14.00 parking fee really adds up in no time. It's worth the additional money to get at least one regular AP.

Can't you park at Downdown disney for free? If you can then just hop a disney bus to a resort & then transfer to the bus for your desired park from that resort.

Then when you get ready to leave just hop a shuttle to a resort & then transfer to the downtown disney shuttle. May be a pain in the tussy but hey if it's free.

Yes you can do that, but buses in the morning from DTD are not all that reliable and it's pretty likely it will take 1.5-2 hours to get to your park,at night you're looking at the same thing, that's the reason the DTD is not full of people doing this, for what you're spending on tickets it will chew up a lot of time, you won't be able to get to your park early and Fastpasses might run out.
