Employment required us to move our family of four to Broward temporarily. The transfer back to Palm Beach was a BLESSING. For the whole family package, head west to Lake Charleston.

I am compelled to reply as a native of Hollywood that the entire area between I-95 and the Turnpike is not the "pits". East of 46th and west of I-95 between Hollywood Blvd and Sheridan Street is mostly nice/well kept up. Just because it's not all newly built drywall boxes on zero lot lines doesn't mean it's not nice. What's with the generalizations of Hollywood (and other Broward County cities) by people who have no idea of what they're talking about?

Kyle thanks for that information.

What do you know about the area around Washington St around Memorial Hospital?

I am going to be looking at some condos there (seems like a ton of them) and I'm not familiar with that part Hollywood.

Thank you

My first instinct is to say Palm Beach county, it's farther away from the hustle and bustle of the bigger cities.
