Toro is on a distinguished road
Default Panhandle Properties

I am of the opinion that this real estate market is going to get really ugly before its through. There are a lot of people in real estate who have never lived through a bust before, or at least forgot what happened to the Nasdaq 5-7 years ago. A similar fate awaits parts of the Florida real estate market, though perhaps not as severe.

I do expect that some condos may fall 40%, 50% or even 60% from their tops, so I'm beginning research on condos along the Panhandle for when the bottom occurs.

Does anyone know of projects that are having difficulty, or where there are a lot of condos for sale between Panama City and Destin?
