Default Renters insurance

Can someone give me a ballpark of what it will cost per month for renters insurance in the Orlando AREA. We hope to rent a house/condo with 3/4 bedrooms and 2 bath with Garage. Thanks!

Hi! I am renting right now. It is a 3 bedroom, 2 floor, with a garage condo/townhome. I have 2 types of rental insurance which I recommend you get, so that all bases are covered. One is the normal renters insurance which will cover you in times of fire, theft, wind (hurricane) and so on. BUT, water damage/flood is not included in that, so I also have a flood insurance policy. Of course both of these policies only cover household items/personal belongings, not the building, because the building is not mine. One of them you had to pay all at once, and one of them I pay monthly. I forget which I did for which policy. One of them monthly is $26 a month, and the other was about $150 or so (I don't quite remember that). I have car insurance through Geico, so I got both policies through them.
