It seems like they discontinued years ago. I remember the days when I go to the store everyday after school and get one of those.

To the people who eat Fritos chips, do you know what happened to the Lime and Chili flavor?

If they sold well and weren't poison they'd still be selling them!! Fritos by the way, started right here in San Antonio, Texas! I remember them and they were pretty tasty!

That's because they did. I think they were replaced by the flavor I'm currently addicted to, chili-cheese. If that flavor goes the way of chile-lime, I'll need a 12-step program.

I've never had them. I don't recall ever seeing them, either.

Maybe they were regional?

Never saw those, sorry. I've only seen Tostitos with lime thus far. Pretty sure it was Tostitos and not Doritos.

Folks seem to be waking up to the dangers of food preservatives. Look at the ingredients in regular corn chips and potato chips, either potatoes or corn, then oil and salt. Potatoes and corn may not be the most nutritious food to eat compared to food like broccoli, but oil and salt are needed in a diet in proper quantities.
Then go read the ingredient list of corn or potato chips when they are "Flavored"
And folks wonder why so many people are coming down with cancers.
I don't know how bad these preservatives really are but I don't like the Idea of eating chemicals just to have flavor on my chips. I can sprinkle chile powder or dip the chips in real melted cheese if I want that and they can keep the stuff many folks can't pronounce the names of.
