Canned sauerkraut is an abomination and an insult to the entire cabbage family. I never liked the stuff until the first time I had it fresh; now I'll eat it for breakfast! LOL

First of all, the hot dog must have a natural casing. It should be boiled and steamed. Place it on a poppy seed bun and put diced tomatoes, grilled onions, a dash of celery salt, mustard and relish. There ya Go.

Blasphemer!!!!

Plain hotdogs are ok, but dressed they are phenomonal. I like ketchup, mustard, some onion, pickle, relish on mine. I also cherish a good chili n cheese dog from Portillos. Man, Im gettin hungry.
