I voted caterpillar roll, but my heart lies with the tootie roll at Sushi & Cocktails in Chandler, AZ.
It's basically eel, crab, veggies, with tempura crumbles on the outside, drizzled with eel sauce. I would give my right leg for one right now, and I'd happily limp on over there in this 110 degree heat to get it!
I voted the rainbow roll. My favorite way to get a little taste of each fish. Most of my friends like the Vegas roll. It is a good one for anyone not into eating raw fish.
MA, I'll have to check that place out. If you're ever on the north-west side, check out Fresh Wasabi and their amazing rolls (the Climax and Booty Booty are my faves). Then go a few blocks away and check out Tokyo Lobby for their Glendale roll (lobster).
I always start people with the spider roll because it's cooked (deep fried) soft shell crab. And it's still a favorite. Unagi's cooked too. Not all sushi is raw. Of the raw I'll take a nice, fatty o-toro.
