Why choose when you could have both? Italian style enchiladas or Mexican style lasagna. Both have been done and done well.

The two styles can compliment each other.

I'm not voting and you can't make me!!!

Ii's a tough call but I think I probably lean more toward Mexican, though. However, I love anything with cheese, tomato, garlic, and seasonings.

That's a toughie. I feel the same way as CMichele. My dh asks if I'm sure I'm not part Mexican.




I can't say that I don't enjoy Italian food either...lasagne, fettucini alfredo,
