I think I would like to try it, but I want to add some sausage inside. Everything in it appeals to me, except for that darn "flakey" crust. "Flakey" and me never got along.
My boss is Greek, and sometimes he brings Greek goodies in to the office, made by some ladies from his church. Spanakopita is one of my favorites. And their baklava is to die for!

Roosty, I think you could learn to like flakey crust if you just sat at a table to eat it, and not dance a round, or eat it around your PC!!! LOL!!!
.................and yes Spanakopita sounds delish!!! It's even fun to say!:
Each trip to Trader Joe's involves adding a box of spanakopita and a box of manitaropita to the shopping cart - good stuff! I also get their samosas. Yes, they are darn good - the manitaropita has a mushroom filling. Since they're baked instead of fried, they can't be all that unhealthy either!
