Default Your Favorite Brand of Chocolate

What's your favorite brand of chocolate bar? Can be milk, dark or other. What is the main taste difference between brands?

Guittard. It's mainly a baking chocolate, but every time I buy some, I have to get extra for eating. I love the texture and the relative lack of sweetness. The name sounds French, but it's made in San Francisco.

Hershey's is the only kind that I really like as far as plain chocolate. I've tried more expensive ones but I just don't like them.

Anything but Herseys brands, since they have been making the worst chocolate you can buy. There are so many good chocolates out there as long as it's 100% cocoa but Hersey's been making chocolates with the least amount of cocoa. Even Mars brand like Snickers and M&M have terrible cocoa quality and content.

Even IKEA's own chocolate bars are much better than mass brands like Herseys, Nestle, and Mars.
