We are almost in the deep freeze down here...only 82...but leftovers for this girl, and maybe a salad later

Lol, I made a HUGE pan of bacon mac and cheese yesterday, not a whole lot left now!

I know what you mean about fall cooking, Kshe. I'm still holding off on the giant vat of spaghetti gravy, but I did make that soup yesterday.

A bit ambitious tonite: Estofado Sonorense. Have made it before.

3lbs. beef, cumin, oregano, jalapeno peppers, garlic, sugar, onion, potatoes, green beans, zucchini, crushed tomatoes, 2/3 cup red wine.

Had baked potato soup then fixed grilled chicken salad sandwiches that were very yummy.

Fall is in the air in my part of Indiana the farmers are in the fields for the corn & soybeans. We sat out on the porch for awhile tonight it was nice after supper.
