The baked baby carrots sound delicious.
We were gone all day yesterday so we had leftover ribs and cabbage when we got home.

I agree with phawk 57 satx56, regarding those baked carrots--care to share the recipe?
Still tossing some ideas around but not sure yet what our dinner will be. We just got home from our volunteer work with the humane society so I'm tired but once I figure out dinner I will post it.

I prepped boneless porkchops last night.... with rosemary, coarse salt, cracked pepper, garlic..... rubbed it in pretty good and they sat in the fridge all night..... I have them cooking now. We tend to eat in shifts on Monday.... I think I am going to make veggie rice medley and broccoli, and some other veggie.... don't know what yet. I do like having my meals all done and ready to eat ahead of time...... I just hope my kids eat it!!!!
