Dinner will be something easy tonight--not sure what, but it will be easy. Been up and going since 4:30AM! Probably something with cube steak.

I crock potted, shredded, and froze the meat from 10 lbs of chicken over the weekend.

I'll defrost some of that and make chicken tacos. I also have leftover frozen rice so I'll grab that too and make Mexican rice tonight. I guess I better pick up some cilantro!

Tonight is chili with wild rice. It's in the crock pot now, and I'll add the wild rice just before I go to work tonight.

I like the way you think, Cmichele!

Dinner is probably either something with chicken breasts or pork chops marinated in soy and worcestershire.

That Athenian Chicken sounds wonderful. Is it a restaraunt dish or one that you make??? If you make it is the recipe one you will share??
Thanks for the well wish. I am feeling better.

Tonight for dinner my daughter made white chili. I hope it tastes as good as it smells in here.
