I unearthed a recipe I had forgotten about...sweet and sour meatballs over rice. It's meatballs in a vinegar/sugar/pineapple juice/soy sauce sauce with green pepper and pineapple chunks. Pretty good.

We were in town tonight so ate at a AYCE steak place it was n-a-s-t-y not worth the money at all. We found ourselves going "mine is better than this" or "yours taste better" so we decided not to eat there again~~~~ever. It is always busy so some folks might like institutional foods eh?

Little steak about the size of a cigarette pack was tough that was cooked to order. Theme was Mexican food and it was straight awful.

So we filled up on salad then had dessert before leaving. Even those bars were iffy.

Gee we are spoiled with home cooking mostly from our food we raise ya reckon?

Had some leftover roast beef in the freezer that I turned into French Dip sandwiches, had that with salad and a baked apple for dessert.
