DH bought a pork roast a month or so ago and cut up a lot of pork chops from it and they are so good! But now we have a lot in the freezer to use up and although pork is probably not the heathest meat it is one of my favorites so we are going to have pork chops again tonight--twice in a week! Tonight I will bake them in cut up tomatoes, jalapenos, onions and spices. I am making rice and fresh broccoli along with it.

Sounds so good kshe but where would a person find the white kidney beans? I've never seen them. Maybe they have always been there and I've just never noticed them....
