Although I don't know what boliche is, I love yellowrice and cuban bread. When I was young and my dad was stationed at Macdill AFB we got that once in a while for lunch at school. Yum. I also enjoyed a field trip to a wonderful bakery in Ybor? sp City.
Tonight we had swedish meatballs, brown rice, and green beans.

Buffalo chicken.

Get this--it says the serving size is 3 pieces. Seriously. That's not nearly enough, because they're each about two bites. So instead of 9 servings of 3, I got 3 servings of 9.

Well perhaps you are supposed to eat something along side them not just wings alone? I don't eat any of them so you can have my share.

Tonight will be breakfast for supper here with fresh sausage links, fresh from the farm yesterday eggs and french toast or pancakes.

I'm putting a rump roast, sliced potatoes & carrots into the crockpot for tonight, along with some low sodium beef broth & red wine.

Another dinner that will be good for at least two nights.

I am lucky about my hubby letting me off the hook for cooking a dinner here and there--I really enjoy the break not to mention how much I enjoy his cooking! He so enjoys trying new things--now for me, well I get so disappointed when things don't turn out so I usually stick with the tried and true. The enchiladas DH made last night were great!
Anyhow tonight is my cooking night as DH said he is done for the week so I'm making pork chops but I'm not sure how yet and will have brussel sprouts and roasted potatoes.
