Last night I made taco salad we were out running errands and that was quick to get on the table when we got home. Tonight no clue just yet but I know I am hungry just reading the posts in here now.
Leftovers. Cleared three different containers out of the fridge tonight, which feels great! It was a bit of a mish-mash of a meal but good. Small piece of veal with mushroom sauce for appetizer. Followed by a steak sandwich made from the leftover steak, on Turkish bread with Swiss cheese, crumbled blue cheese and arugula - toasted. And the third leftover was some asparagus and green beans, served on the side with some freshly squeezed lemon juice.
I've got a package of eye of round steaks - I think I am going to put them into the crockpot with some bell pepper. Any suggestions?
