I have that flash frozen lobster thawing in the refrigerator. Lobster salad? Pasta and lobster? Lobster roll? Hmmmm.

Default The Agenda - September 5 - 11

This week's dinner selections will include grilled ham, navy beans, and jalapeno cornbread for this afternoon's meal. Also ahead are some hamburger steaks with mushroom gravy and boiled squash. In my freezer are some sauteed shrimp and crawfish etouffee, which I'll bring out midweek. And, I'm also considering a visit to Olive Garden to see my mother (possible spaghetti or seafood ravioli with a side salad and bread sticks).

Have a wonderful Labor Day. Bon appetit!

The weather is fab! About 58 last night and about 78 during the day with a slight breeze. Beautiful.
Sounds like fun! We're having the same beautiful weather too-not enough to turn off ac-Indian Summer is coming.

Tonight is:

Shrimp marinara over whole wheat shells (DH only likes short pasta-would have used linguine or angel hair)
Salad

^Yum! Love shrimp marinara.

Lobster claws and knuckles, sauteed lightly in butter and cooled, on a salad of Romaine, local ripe tomatoes, roasted garlic, cubes of roasted potato, very small amount of bottled dressing. Salty whole wheat thins on the side. Will be having root beer/vanilla ice cream soda later.
