I am going to be bad and lazy. I haven't felt well the past couple of days so I am having Pizza Mill pizza. I just love the cracker crust.

Default Chez Costco

Finally got to one of my most favourite stores in the US: Costco. Went there hungry which is real dangerous! Had some "hors-d'oeuvres" there (samples) while we gawked in wonderment and awe at all the amazing food and the even more amazing prices. Managed to rein ourselves in and only bought a few things from the food section. Can go back another time!

So for dinner, we had their lime cilantro shrimp for starters. They were nice but we felt they needed a bit more oomph so I threw together a quick cocktail sauce, and they were even nicer.

Then we had their paella. Not bad. Squeezed some lime juice over it (limes from Trader Joes).

For dessert, we tossed together some blueberries and raspberries, also from Costco, with a few dashes of grappa (from TJs), topped with some whipped cream.

Last night I made chicken parmesan and rigatoni. It was ok...not too happy with the quality of the chicken. It was a little tough. Hubby didn't notice

Tonight we are going to a Greek Restaurant. Yum..

Yesterday we had a fabulous day out and had lunch out, so I threw cheeseburgers on the grill with honey rolls, crispy french fries and a small salad with shrimp.

I picked up some fresh Kielbasa from The Fresh Market and I will be making this today with red cabbage and Cheese Pierogies. Even though it will be 92 today, I need a Fall meal.
