Leftovers here. Hubby got sausage and peppers and a little chicken parmesan. I had Athenian Chicken from last night. Seasoned chicken breast with spinach artichoke sauce and feta cheese on top. Even better the second time around

I'm trying to cut waaaaaay down on our meat intake. Tonight I made a skillet pizza with pesto, cheese and zucchini. It was pretty good! For dessert I tried a new recipe that I feel is food of the Gods- blackberry cornbread tartlets with ricotta cream. It was to die for and so easy to make.

Hubby grilled burgers, brats, and zucchini. I had a cheeseburger with tomato and onion, zucchini, fresh pineapple with cottage cheese, and a salad. It was very good.

Another Costco special: Pork in Salsa Verde. Not bad. But not nearly as good as mine! 
Will wait a bit for dessert - Wild Blueberry Tart from Trader Joes with Vanilla Bean Haagen-Dasz ice-cream. That, I know, will be good!
