Center cut pork chops flattened, marinated in a little Dale's and some lemon pepper and fast broiled. Mac & cheese, butterpeas, salad.

I like to try something new-something i've never seen, thats rare in the food industry
i'll invite you over when i cook my bnls pork crown roast (stuffed with apple cinnamon stuffing) I'll try to bring the picture up.. (this is another original)
